• Julie Andrews was the first actor announced for the Netflix series, way back in June 2019. JQ describes her reaction thusly: "I stopped breathing for long enough that I legitimately should be dead."
• While Lady Whistledown's identity is revealed in the BRIDGERTON season 1 finale, readers of the Bridgerton series don't find out until Romancing Mr. Bridgerton, the fourth book in the series. This meant that people who read the books as they were released spent several years in the dark!
• We appreciate that some readers want to be surprised, so the unmasked Lady Whistledown does not appear on this character page.
• Lady Whistledown makes a surprise appearance in Mr. Cavendish, I Presume!
